There will be no parking available at the venue. Please refer to our outlined transportation suggestions below.

There will be a shuttle operating from the Banyan Hotel between 3:30 PM and 4:30 PM, and again from 9:00 PM to 10:30 PM in the evening. If you are staying at the Hampton or other Downtown hotel, feel free to walk over to the Banyan Hotel to utilize the shuttle. Otherwise, please use ridesharing or a taxi. Please try to arrive between 3:45 PM and 4:15 PM. There will be a shuttle to take guests Downtown after the wedding, or you can utilize a ridesharing app or taxi at your discretion to leave the event.

The event will be held entirely outside. Daytime temperatures are typically in the high-70/low-80s, while the evening is typically low-70s, so dress with this in mind. Additionally, many portions of the evening will be in the grass, so shoes with a thick heel or flat sole are highly suggested. Finally, sunglasses are a necessary accessory. The late-day Florida sun can be very bright prior to sunset.

While we love your little ones, we have decided to make our wedding an adult-only event. Thank you for your understanding!

Warm weather formal, and please out do the grooms! This is likely the only wedding you've ever been to that your goal is to upstage the betrothed. The only rule is to feel amazing with your attire!

Do you have an outfit you've been dying to wear, but never found the occasion for? Have you wanted to try a new face of makeup, but never had the courage? Is there an accessory you've had your eye on, but were unsure you could pull it off? This is the time to bring it out! Think black-tie optional, with a twist. Nothing is off the table as long as you feel your absolute best! Bold colors, crazy silhouettes, the sparkliest blazer...even your old wedding dress. If it makes you feel good, wear it!

Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) is the primary airport servicing the area, and is about 25 minutes from the venue. You can also fly into Punta Gorda Airport (PDG), which is about 45 minutes away from the venue and is a relatively easy commute to Fort Myers.

While we have negotiated rates at the hotels listed on the Travel tab, anywhere within five miles of Downtown Fort Myers would be a great location to stay. Cape Coral is also just across the river from the venue and offers a variety of short term rental options.
